Customer Satisfaction Limited Warranty
We think you will love your new Rapsody® fishing rod, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and receive a refund of the purchase price and the sales tax paid. Return the rod to us undamaged and unmarred within 60 days of the original purchase date and we will promptly issue a refund. No hassles, no questions asked, and no risk in trying a Rapsody® fishing rod.
Materials and Workmanship Limited Warranty
All Rapsody® fishing rods are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Maestro® Series rods are covered for 10 years from the original date of purchase, and Overture™ Series rods are covered for 5 years from the original date of purchase.
Rapsody Fishing will, at the company’s discretion, replace or repair a rod that is damaged due to defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period, at no cost to the original purchaser, other than costs associated with packaging, insuring, and shipping the rod to Rapsody Fishing.
This limited warranty will be considered void if the rod has been misused, abused, neglected, or modified in any way.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To process a warranty request, email us at info@rapsodyfishing.com, or call us at 518-421-3879, and we will provide shipping instructions to return your rod. You must also include your original purchase receipt (or other evidence of purchase acceptable to us). Warranty coverage is available only to the original consumer purchaser.
Limitations on Warranties
In no event shall Rapsody Fishing be held liable for incidental damages or consequential damages due to breach of this express warranty or other warranties implied by law, which are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
